So much has happened in the last week. If we're friends on facebook, you know that we've been putting up lots of apples. In fact, I am still finishing up canning apple juice and apple cinnamon syrup-jelly. Sadly it's taken longer than I was hoping. And, J isn't sleeping very well... which doesn't help! Seriously, what do you do when you have a almost 6 year old (going on 3) who goes to bed at 10pm, wakes at 12am, 3am, 5am and then 7-8am?

We just used up the roll of 100 liners we got before J's surgery in June. He's had an ongoing diaper rash for 4 months and I've been so tired of it. We bought a week's supply of desitin and used the liners to protect the diapers. His rash is looking better, but it isn't healed yet.

I love using the Better for Babies Little Beetles prefold for J's nighttime diaper. It helps his diaper rashes and J still thinks that he should get to have it for a blanket! Lol! Random.org picked comment #569: CHANY!!!




  I was a bit sad that Lulu's in the Fluff is longer doing scents, but their focus is clean and that means scents aren't necessary. I did a glamour sleep on our diapers the other day and they're absorbing a whole lot more today.

I'm really glad that we found Snappis... and I do plan on getting the size 2 as J gets bigger. They're wonderful to use instead of diapers pins and probably a great purchase to make if you are planning on using prefolds. There was 329 comments and Random.org picked comment #186.
